线路条款

报名手续 ：
1. 报名时，请清楚填妥报名表上所列一切资料。
2. 报名时，须持有效之旅行证件（护照），每种证件至少有6个月或以上有效期。
3. 本公司保留最终接受报名与否的权利，而无需提出任何理由及解释。
4. 单人数报名时，须另付单房差。

责任问题：
1. 本公司仅代理航空公司、酒店、交通工具或其它旅游机构安排之服务，凡参加本行程表或单张内之团友或客人如遇有财物损失、意外身亡，或因天灾人祸、机器失灵、交通延误、失火、罢工、战争、政局不安、无法控制及政府更改条例而招致损失额外费用时，概与本公司及其代理人等绝无关系及不需负任何责任。
2. 本公司所采用之各类观光交通工具及酒店，如飞机、轮船、火车或巴士等，其对旅客安全及行李遗失等问题，各机构均订有各种不同之条例，以对旅客负责。行李遗失，意外伤亡及财产损失等情形，当根据各机构所订立之条例作为解决的依据，概与本公司绝无关系及不需负任何责任。
3. 若遇特殊情况，如天气恶劣，罢工、台风影响、证件遗失、酒店突告客满、原定班机取消或延误、政变或任何非人力可控制的突发事故，而必须将行程、住宿或交通工具更改或取消任何一项旅游节目，本公司得依照当时情况全权处理，在此情况下团员不得借故反对及要求赔偿，事件所引致之损失或增加费用，团员需自行负责。
4. 凡参团者，需遵守各国法纪，严禁携带私货营利及违禁物品。进出境准例，是根据个别国家所订立，如因个人理由而被某国拒绝入境，其责任与本公司绝无关系及不需负任何责任，余下之旅程将不获退还款项，及因而所需之额外费用如交通、住宿需由其个人负责，与本公司无关。
5. 在任何情况及任何地点下失窃，引致遗失金钱及物品，本公司、司机、领队及导游均不负任何责任，任何财物及证件等团员理应并有责任自行保管。
6. 因客人原因自行在行程中途放弃行程，由此产生的人生安全和产生的额外费用等问题将由客人自行承担，不退行程费用。
7. 为了保证团队整体游览和进展顺利，导游有权根据天气和交通等实际情况对行程做适当调整。本社有权根据实际情况或季节性原因调整行程或游览先后顺序，以尽可能保证游览内容。但客观因素限制确实无法安排的，本社将根据实际情况进行调整，敬请各位贵宾理解与配合！

参团注意事项：
1. 凡参团客人须提前15分钟到达上车地点，误时者需自行负责损失，团费恕不退还，本公司恕不负责。如遇特殊事故请致紧急电话。
2. 参团者需自行负责及携带有效之旅游证件（护照）及签证，有效期以出发日起计不少于六个月。在任何情况或理由下，如遭移民局（海关）拒绝入境，概与本公司无涉，一切损失参团者自行负责，团费例不退还。
3. 请尽量避免带贵重物品及名贵首饰等，贵重物品及证件请随身携带，理应自行保管，如有遗失，本公司、司机、领队概不负责。
4. 如有需要请自行带备私用药物。
5. 行程中一日游午餐均需自付，请带备适量的当地货币于途中应用。
6. 凡参团者须遵守各国法纪，严禁携带私货牟利及违例品。
7. 参团者在任何情况或私人理由下，要求自行出发，个别返回或中途离团，本公司定当协助安排。惟本公司将不负责一切由于交通或任何事上之延误而导致未能赶上预先安排的行程或住宿上间接或直接之费用损失。
8. 欧洲夏季气候多变，请随身携带雨具及长袖衣装，为方便行走，请自备运动鞋。
9. 欧洲游轮，酒店皆不提供牙刷、牙膏、拖鞋等个人用品。此外房间内也不配备热水，并请自备转换插头。
10. 我社对上述条款保留最终解释权。

价格条款

1. 此优惠价格仅限能以流利中文（国语/粤语）进行交流的美加澳籍华人华侨参团，否则价格另议。 The tour fee may change if passenger does NOT speak fluent Mandarin or Cantonese.
2. 仅提供中文导游服务，港澳台，英文配偶及非美加澳籍华人或有附加费。 Tour guide speaks Chinese ONLY. Surcharge may apply if passenger is NOT Canadian-Chinese.
3. 为避免旅客因各种原因无法参团所带来的损失，强烈建议客人购买旅游保险（如医疗、疾病、意外或中途取消等），如客人自行购买旅游保险请签署同意书。In order to avoiding any economic loss of passengers cannot join the tour, we advise passenger to purchase Travel Insurance (Emergency Hospital/Medical and Trip Cancellation/Interruption). A Signed Waiver is required if passenger decides not to purchase at the time of booking.
4. 团费价格以两人一房基准计算，如遇其中一方取消，没有或中断参团，另一方须补付单人房差价。 Passenger should pay the single room supplement if the companion cancels or no show or interrupts the tour.
5. 旅客须于团队出发日期前60天付清全款，逾期团位自动取消，订金恕不退还。 Passenger MUST pay in full 60 days before tour departure date, or the reservation will be cancelled automatically and deposit will NOT be refunded.
6. 旅客未在指定地点指定时间参加旅行团均被视为自动放弃整个行程。团队出发后，任何提前购买的门票费用，项目费用，餐费等恕不退还。 Passenger who does NOT attend the tour at the designated time and place is deemed to be giving up the entire tour. After the tour starts, any advanced purchased of the ticket costs, program fees, meals, etc. will NOT be refunded.
7. 旅客须自行承担随身财物的保管责任，如在参团期间遭遇失窃而引致金钱及物品的损失，本公司、随团司机及导游均不负有任何责任。 Passenger is responsible to keep and protect his personal property and personal belongings. Tianbao Travel, drivers and tour guides take no responsibility on it.
8. 退改规定：
①取消费用（每人）Cancellation Policy(Per passenger)：
1）出发前61天以上（含61天）取消订单，取消费为USD200/位；61 Days before departure date, cancellation fee is US$200/Pax
2）出发前60-31天（含31天）取消订单，取消费为总团费（含码头税）50%（不含服务费和指定自费）；60-31 Days before departure date, cancellation fee is 50% of the (tour fee and port tax) (compulsory programs and gratuities excluded)
3）出发前30天以内（含30天）取消订单，取消费为总团费（含码头税）100%（不含服务费和指定自费）Within 30 Days before departure date, cancellation fee is 100% of the (tour fee and port tax) (compulsory programs and gratuities excluded)
4）出发当天取消或NO SHOW，所有费用不予退回（含团费、码头税、指定自费、服务费）。 NO SHOW or cancel tour on the arrival date, all fees is NON-refundable (including tour fee, port tax, compulsory programs and gratuities excluded)
②更名政策（每人）：Name Change Plicy(Per passenger)：
1）出发前31天以上（含第31天），手续费USD100/位； 31 Days before departure date, service fee is US$100/Pax
2）出发前30天以内（含30天），不予变更客人信息。Within 30 Days before departure date, passenger is NON-changeable.
9. 如遇不可预见或无法避免的情况或事件发生（如航班晚点/取消，自然灾害，恶劣天气环境等等），本公司保留更改或取消行程之权利，团友不得异议。如涉及改期或退款将根据航空公司改退票规则及扣除相应手续费。 In case of any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances or events occurred (such as flights delays / cancellations, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions,etc.), Tianbao Travel reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary. If rescheduling or cancellation of a ticket is involved, airline cancellation and change policies and their corresponding fees will apply.
10. 我们在此提醒您可能需要办理目的地国家之签证，如无有效签证，您或会被拒绝登机，请自行负责。 Please ensure you have valid passport and VISA to the Destination, passenger is responsible for all travel documents validity.
11. 请于报名时自行检查所有报名信息均符合参团要求，并于参团时携带有效护照及证件原件。如因所提供的信息，包括抵离日期、航班时间、地点、参团人员身份及旅行证件等错误或不符合参团要求，所引起的相关责任及经济损失，请恕本公司无法负责。 Please ensure all the registration information is correct and meets the tour requirement. Besides passenger should bring the valid passport and original documents when joining the tour. Tianbao Travel couldn't suffer any loss if the information provided do NOT correct, such as date, flight, city, travel document or identify of participants.
12. 所有旅行团、机票旅行团套餐的价格以购买日为准，价格变动恕不另行通知且更改。 Prices or information could be different on your next visit or session. Tianbao Travel does NOT accept any price adjustment after payment occurred.
13. 游客一经报名，即视为已充分了解并确定自己的身体健康状况适合参加本次旅游团。因个人既有病史和身体残障在旅游行程中引起的疾病进一步发作和伤亡，旅行社不承担任何责任。①报名时旅游者应确保身体健康，保证自身条件能够完成旅游活动，身体健康状况不佳者，请咨询医生是否可以参加本次旅游活动，根据自身情况备好常用药和急救药品，因自身疾病而引起的后果，游客自行承担责任；如因此影响到正常走团秩序，旅行社有权终止其继续参团资格且所缴费用恕无法退回，强烈建议游客购买必要之旅游保险;②游客出现急症请主动通知工作人员，旅行社将协助游客就近送往当地医疗机构检查治疗，费用由游客自理;③有听力、视力障碍、个人有精神疾病或无行为控制能力的游客不建议参团；④有心、肺、脑和血液系统疾病患者以及其它不适合长途疲劳的人群以及75岁以上老人及孕妇，应在谘询医生意见后自行决定是否参加旅行团。为了你的安全请勿隐瞒病情，感谢您的配合！All passengers are STRONGLY URGED to take our adequate insurance coverage to protect yourselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during the travel. Please advise the agent staff or tour guide once the passengers get acute symptoms. We will provide help and send the passengers to the local hospital. All the medical and hospital cost will be charge by the passenger.We received the rights to keep all the tour package fee and deposit and suggest the passengers go to the hospital when the passengers get sick and the symptom may affect the other travelers.We don’t recommend the passengers who has visual or hearing impairment, Serious mental or physical illness, or the passengers with heart, lung, brain and blood disorders which might affect the health through long-distance travel, or the passengers who is more than 75 years old, or who is being pregnant.Please advise doctors before purchase the tour product.Passengers have fully understand and accept the terms and conditions once you purchase the tour.Our travel agent will not be responsible for any illness which is caused through passengers’ own disabilities or health condition.
