1. 18岁以下未成年人需要至少一名家长或成年旅客全程陪同。

3. 如遇景点临时关门、节假日休息。导致该景点无法参观，导游会根据实际情况调整为外观或以其他景点代替以保证行程的丰富性。

4.如因特别情形(如天气、修路、罢工、封山、旅游车特殊状况)造成车辆晚点，敬请见谅。

5. 此行程需要与其他游客同乘车辆，为保证团上游客权益，出发时请提前到达上车地点候车，景点游览与集合时间请配合工作人员安排，避免出现超时而需个人额外支付费用的情况发生。

6. 团体需一起活动，途中若需离队，请务必征得导游同意，以免发生意外。

7. 参团客人需自备入境或旅行途中跨境时所需要的相关证件及证明，如若游客被拒绝入境，我司将不提供免费送客服务。
8. 报名确认后，客人如因个人原因而取消定位（如疾病，事故等）或未能依时登机，或因证件等问题被当地拒绝入境，本公司将不退还任何费用，且不承担任何责任.
9.旅行团採用之双人房均以“两张单人床”或“一张双人床”为设备標准；如有特殊要求的，请於报名时注明（所有具体房型视乎酒店供应情况及最终安排而定，本公司不作任何保証及承诺）.

费用包含：
1.5晚对应星级酒店住宿

5.行程中所包含门票及所含餐食

费用不含：
1.国际机票及秘鲁内陆LIM-CUZ机票；
2.行程中未提及门票及需自理的餐费
3.导游，司机服务费（接机服务费：USD$2/人/趟；行程：USD$5/人/天，儿童/占座婴儿按成人标准支付）
4.一切除费用包含外的私人性质费用，如洗衣、酒店电话、购物、保险、客房服务及小费等。

7. 取消或改团规则
Cancellation and change rules：
A：出发前 45 天及以上取消或更改日期，收取$200 美金/人罚金。 Cancellation 45 days before departure – US$200/per cancellation fees applied
B:出发前 30-44 日取消或更改日期，收取团费30%的费用。 Cancellation 30-40 days before departure – 30% cancellation fees applied
C：出发前 20-29 日取消或更改日期，收取团费 70%的费用。Cancellation 20-29 days before departure – 70% cancellation fees applied
D: 出发前 19 天内（含第19天）取消或更改日期，收取团费100%的费用。 Cancellation within 19 days – 100% non-refundable.
8. 团友需按照预定出发时间提早十五分钟到达预定地点登车
Please be at pre-arranged location 15 minutes prior to departure time.
9. 未在指定地点指定时间参加旅行团的乘客将被视为自动放弃整个行程。
No show on the day of departure is 100% non-refundable.
10. 请于出发日期前60天付清全款，逾期团位自动取消，订金恕不退还。
If full payment not received within 60 days prior to departure, Compass Holidays has the right to cancel the reservation with no refund.
11. 酒店双人房设"两张单人床”或“一张双人床"，如有特殊需求，我们会为您向酒店提出需求，但不能保证。Your room types are based on double room standards. We can require your needs but not guarantee.
12. 参团者需自行负责及携带有效之旅游证件及签证，有效期以出发日起计不少于六个月。 (如需要) Passengers are responsible for all travel documents validity. (If applicable)
13. 如遇上特殊情况，如恶劣天气, 交通事故，国家政策等，本公司保留更改或取消行程权利，团友不得异议。
Itineraries are subject to change or cancellation at any time due to any unforeseen conditions, including but not limited to, adverse weather, traffic problem, national policy etc.
14. 在任何情况及任何地点下失窃，引致遗失金钱及物品，本公司、司机、及导游均不负任何责任，任何财物及证件等团员理应并有责任自行保管。
Passengers are responsible to keep and protect your personal property and personal belongings.
15. 强烈建议在团队出发前购买旅游保险来防护由于自身的身体或者客观原因等造成的您旅行前或者旅行期间期间自身利益的损失。
All passengers are STRONGLY URGED to take our adequate insurance coverage to protect yourselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during the travel.
16. 所有旅行团，机票旅行团套餐的价格以购买当日为准，价格变动恕不更改。
Prices or information could be different on your next website visit or session. We don’t accept price adjustment.
17. 若旅游产品包含特价团体机票，具体航班信息需以旅行团出发前一周邮件通知为准，旅客不得异议或以此为由申请退团/取消。所有联程机票务必连贯性使用，若任何一行段取消/NO SHOW，则后续所有行段将被自动作废。
If the travel package contains special group airfare. The accurate flight information is subject to the email notification one week prior to departure of the tour. Passengers cannot, objector, apply for cancellation on this basis. All joint ticket must be used consistently. If any flight segment is cancelled /NO SHOW, all subsequent flight segments will be automatically invalidated.
18. 游客一经报名，即视为已充分了解并确定自己的身体健康状况适合参加本次旅游团。因个人既有病史和身体残障在旅游行程中引起的疾病进一步发作和伤亡，旅行社不承担任何责任。 ①报名时旅游者应确保身体健康，保证自身条件能够完成旅游活动，身体健康状况不佳者，请咨询医生是否可以参加本次旅游活动，根据自身情况备好常用药和急救药品，因自身疾病而引起的后果，游客自行承担责任；如因此影响到正常走团秩序，旅行社有权终止其继续参团资格且所缴费用恕无法退回，强烈建议游客购买必要之旅游保险;②游客出现急症请主动通知工作人员，旅行社将协助游客就近送往当地医疗机构检查治疗，费用由游客自理;③有听力、视力障碍、个人有精神疾病或无行为控制能力的游客不建议参团；④有心、肺、脑和血液系统疾病患者以及其它不适合长途疲劳的人群以及75岁以上老人及孕妇，应在谘询医生意见后自行决定是否参加旅行团。为了你的安全请勿隐瞒病情，感谢您的配合！
All passengers are STRONGLY URGED to take our adequate insurancecoverage to protect yourselves against cancellation due to illness prior to orduring the travel. Please advise the agent staff or tour guide once thepassengers get acute symptoms. We will provide help and send the passengers tothe local hospital. All the medical and hospital cost will be charge by thepassenger. We received the rights to keep all the tour package fee anddeposit and suggest the passengers go to the hospital when the passengers getsick and the symptom may affect the other travelers. We don't recommend thepassengers who has visual or hearing impairment, Serious mental or physicalillness, or the passengers with heart, lung, brain and blood disorders whichmight affect the health through long-distance travel, or the passengers who ismore than 75 years old, or who is being pregnant. Please advise doctors beforepurchase the tour product. Passengers have fully understand and accept theterms and conditions once you purchase the tour. Our travel agent will not beresponsible for any illness which is caused through passengers’ owndisabilities or health condition.
19. 旅客的接送机航班信息，须不迟于团队出发前两周以书面形式通知我方，否则我方无法保证安排，由此产生的交通费用，敬请旅客自理。
The passenger's pick-up/drop-off flight information must benotified to us in writing no later than two weeks before the tour departuredate, otherwise we cannot guarantee the arrangement. The passengers areresponsible for the transportation expenses incurred.
